Budget $100 per delegate – this will cater for 4 nights’ accommodation (6th, 7th, 8th and 9th November), meals, transport within Kigali and full access to MAAFF and MashaRket.

Each stand comes with power source, 65 inch screen, basic branding, meeting table and 3 chairs, 2 delegates badges and full access to MAAFF and MashaRket.
Please note that delegates with cater for their own transport costs from their countries to Kigali and back. They will also cater for their own accommodation, meals and transport within Kigali on other days except 6th to 9th November, visit our website to review hotels and book your trip.
We are also looking for MashaRket Ambassadors to mobilize 100 delegates from their countries, each delegate to pay $100 as mentioned above. In return, we will cater for their return flight and accommodation.
