Submission Deadline Extended for the Zimbabwe Annual Film and Television Awards (ZAFTAs)

Harare, Zimbabwe – 10 September 2023 – The Zimbabwean film industry is abuzz with excitement as the highly anticipated Zimbabwe Annual Film and Television Awards (ZAFTAs) draw near. In response to numerous requests from filmmakers and industry stakeholders, the Cinema Society of Zimbabwe is pleased to announce the extension of the submission deadline to September 15, 2023.

 

The ZAFTAs, red carpet and awards ceremony, will take place in Harare on December 2, 2023. This prestigious event aims to celebrate and recognize the exceptional talent and creativity within the Zimbabwean film and television industry.

 

The ZAFTAs provide a valuable platform for filmmakers, actors, directors, producers, writers, and technicians to showcase their exceptional work and contribute to the growth and development of the Zimbabwean film and television landscape.
