XXX Minsk International Film Festival Call For Participation

The National Arts Council of Zimbabwe is inviting Zimbabwean Filmmakers to submit Good and Competitive Films in response to a call for participation in the XXX Minsk International Film Festival “Listapad” which will take place from 01 November to 08 November 2024 in Belarus.

The programme of the festival will include 7 competitive screenings, screenings of out-of­competition, creative meetings, workshops and other events.

On the 5th of November, the evening is deliberately dedicated to screening of a film from the Republic of Zimbabwe among other activities that will be showcased by Zimbabwe.

As such, the National Arts Council of Zimbabwe views this opportunity as one not to miss and is encouraging Filmmakers to take interest to participate.

The NACZ would like to also invite private players in film who are able to fund themselves and participate in this event to come on board.

Submission Guidelines

Submission of HIGH QUALITY FILMS is to be made physically to the National Arts Council of Zimbabwe Head Office in USB Disk Drives at the following address:

P.O. Box 10463
Harare

You are expected to submit a letter addressed to the Director, National Arts Council of Zimbabwe expressing your interest accompanied by a detailed profile of being a filmmaker.

Submission of hard copy letters and hard copy profiles to be done physically along with the films in USB Disk Drives

Submission of HD movie download links, soft copy letters and soft copy profiles to be done via email to: tvutah@outlook.com and b.gotore@yahoo.co.uk

The deadline for submission is 20 September 2024 at 12 noon.
